You don't need a crisis plan until there is a CRISIS!
Unless you are living in a bubble somewhere, there is a crisis occurring NOW!
Reviewing your cost base is imperative and 101 best practice. Unfortunately many business will need to stand-down staff, a lot will try and do the right thing and hold on to good people.
